Our virtual design services are great for clients who want the Whitetail Farm experience without ever leaving home (and are willing to wield the measuring tape)! Our designers will work with you via email and over the phone to design your space(s) and create a plan of action for your project using specs you provide.
If you have questions about particular tools to use, preparatory equipment needed, or anything else, don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re always happy to walk you through areas of unfamiliarity and make recommendations on how we approach room styles and projects of all kinds.
After the initial consultation, we’ll send you a project launch email requesting the information we need to start our work. Our designers will work with you via email and over the phone to create a design board and plan of action for your project using specs you provide. By simply following the requests we make, you’ll be freshening up your space and having a blast in no time. You’ll see why these activities are so joyful!

As masters of rearrangement and refreshing rooms of all kinds, we’re happy to view pictures or videos of your room(s) and offer guidance. We also provide furniture recommendations for the new design, which you can source from our catalog or your own supplier.

When your design board is complete you can choose to order furniture and accessories through Whitetail Farm or use your board as a guideline to source the perfect pieces on your own!
